Drive into Agios Nikitas
Enter the village and continue approximately 200 metres along the main road.

Park on the public road
There is no private parking at the villa. Park along the public road — if you find a spot near the Olive Tree Hotel (a neighbouring property), you'll be very close to the accommodation.

Walk down the scenic path
On the right-hand side of the road, take the narrow path and follow it downhill for about 50 metres. Villa Spiros will be right in front of you.
No private parking at Villa Spiros. Please use the public road. The Olive Tree Hotel is a neighbouring property — parking near it puts you right next to the villa. The downhill walk takes under 2 minutes.
How to get there
Routes to Agios Nikitas
Drive via Patras and cross the Rio–Antirrio Bridge. The route is entirely highway and comfortable.
By bus: KTEL from Kifissos Station, approximately 5h 15min.
Take the Egnatia Motorway to Ioannina, then continue south via Preveza and the Aktio tunnel.
By bus: Available a few times per week, around 6 hours.
The closest airport to Lefkada. A taxi or rental car from arrivals is the easiest option.
Alternatively, take a bus to Lefkada Town and continue to Agios Nikitas from there.
Buses run approximately 4 times daily. Duration around 30 minutes, cost around €1.60.
The stop is at the top of the village — from there, walk down the path to Villa Spiros.
